Tracking down electrical issues
hey gang, looking for some recommendations (shops) that can diagnose and repair some lingering electrical issues ('68 Olds Cutlass).  something is drawing from battery when not in use.  Furthermore, in some cases the car has no power as if the positive cable is not attached.  
Looking for a recommendation on shop that can assist with getting things back in order.
